ClearSpace supports Facilities Teams in the management of their office change projects, including office relocation, office refurbishment, office consolidation and related requirements. Most of our Customers engaged with us in the early stages of planning an office relocation, consulting with our Move Managers to ensure all elements of their office relocation were considered and owned for careful execution.

Asset Auditing - As more and more of our customers look to re-use office furniture in their new office space. We provide asset auditing services, capturing all assets in our software and providing a report detailing which assets are re-usable or could be re-purposed. We have a specialist in-house team of Asset Auditors who are highly experienced.

Office Relocation - Our Move Managers are experienced in helping different sized firms move offices, whether the this be based over several move weekends or condensed over a shorter period, for >100 people or <1000. Our office relocation services include Move Management, Supplier Management, Office Removals, packing and unpacking services, IT decommissioning and recommissioning and office clearance - see below.

Furniture Storage - Office change projects can result in furniture needing to be stored offsite. Our furniture storage facilities are flexible and pro-active and can be used as a temporary home for your items until required later on. We wont let you store any items offsite for long periods of time without making you aware of the inactivity and cost. Our furniture storage app will you give visibility of what you have, where it is and allow you to request items back when needed.

Office Clearance - We have 100% landfill avoidance record and so you can clear your office with a clear conscience. Following an office relocation, there can be huge volume of furniture left behind and our approach is to understand what can be recycled, re-purposed, sold to an interested party or donated to one of our charity partners.
