ClearSpace continues to expand as hybrid working takes hold

Following the completion of our 2nd year of trading we are pleased to outline our Company progress over the last 12 months.

Guy Spragg, our MD, comments on this year's progress

“As offices continue to embrace changes driven by hybrid working, it is safe to say that the use of office space remains a conundrum that few businesses have resolved. Indeed, I would suggest we have merely touched the surface of how office space will evolve over the next few years.

We have seen revenues increase by 70% whilst increasing our staff numbers by 60%. This has meant a change in Head Office to St Pauls where we have been brilliantly looked after by Office Space In Town.

ClearSpace started two years ago to “enable workplace change”, and this last year has seen us involved in a range of exciting and innovative projects. From the management of a fit-out for a leading Property company, to the facilitation of internal change for a leading Insurance business, we have enjoyed a successful year financially whilst also laying the foundations for future growth.

The range of services we now offer includes Asset Management, Workplace Consultancy and Move Management, in addition to our tried and tested approach in both Document Storage and Office Relocation.

As a business that is 100% owned by the employees, our staff remain the key asset to the business. We have increased our headcount by 60% and created an environment where innovation is encouraged and staff feedback welcomed.

The development of a new APP (WhereUApp) highlights our collaborative approach, and will allow Companies to manage their staff more effectively whilst ensuring staff wellbeing. We look forward to officially unveiling the APP later in the summer.

We appreciate that FY23 will be difficult for many businesses given global economic pressures but remain confident that our service offering will help our customers to navigate to more effective workplaces.”
