Springer Nature had a refurbishment programme planned for their London campus that would create a more flexible working environment for their team, and in return, reduce their property portfolio from six buildings to three.

Our team carried out an initial filing and storage audit to establish reduction targets and identify what documentations and publication were needed or not.
